Our Goals

The Consumer Digital support group provides service for novice computer users who have limited knowledge of computer peripherals. Products supported are digital cameras, MP3 players, and Personal Media Players. Associated software packages are supported both through the main call center and augmented through direct support by the software providers. The support group has a dedicated staff (to meet the diverse knowledge requirements), that is comprised of telephone agents and supervisors.
